An attacker used an unpatched flaw in the Chari-Loto keirin betting system on Oct 21 (09:30 to 13:00 JST). 373 members lost bank account details, card name, last four digits and expiry, balances and betting history. Passwords and full card numbers were not taken. Fixed Oct 23.

What to do: Chari-Loto members: watch your bank account for unfamiliar debits and expect phishing that quotes your betting history.
