A forum user claimed records on more than 11.2 million members of Nueva EPS, Colombia's largest health insurer, including national IDs, diagnoses, mental health, pregnancy and disability data, and demanded $15 million in Bitcoin. Nueva EPS says it has found no evidence of unauthorized access to its systems. A 29,018-record sample from Vaupes was later leaked.
